Types of SUSHI

So, now that we know everything about tuna meat, we can go to SUSHI!!
Sushi is not only eating, it is also a style of food and part of the culture of one nation. Style that says you should eat healthy, slightly and more often. And this is what nutrtionists recommend every day. Sushi is easily digestible. Full of vitamins, proeins, minerals and always with minimum two taste, salty-sour, salty-sweet-sour and other similar combinations are the caracteristics of Asian cuisine.
There are 7 basic kinds of Sushi, which having it’s subspecies, but almost everyone has one thing in common: fish meat ( tuna, losos or any other fish meat), rice, algae and flavoring. And now there are a milion combinations with vegetables and cheese and with all sorts of thing . because   that doesn’t come into play creativity of Sushi maestro who is otherwise called ITAMAE.

Types of SUSHI are:
  1. NIGIRI SUSHI-rice at the bottom, meat above;
  2. ABURI SUSHI- rice at the bottom, slightly roasted meat above;
  3. CHIRASHIZUKI SUSHI- scaltered sushi on the plate
  4. INARIZUSHI SUSHI- which is made with tofu cheese, without meat.
  5. MAKIZUSHI SUSHI- rolled sushi, which is usually in the estorant. The most famous is TEMAKI and it is a tuna in the middle, rice around and all wrapped in algae.
  6. GUNKANMAKI SUSHI- pressed in the form of a ship and
  7. OSHIZUSHI SUSHI- blockish a box-shaped.
SUSHI MESHI is the rice, NORI is alagae. It’s still good to know some things before going to a sushi restoran. You want to take me a lot of money for this Japanese specialty? OK,  only if it is really made of quality meat. Imagine the face of waiter if you ask him is meat tuna AKAMI or TORO?! OK, if is AKAMI let it be SENAKA! :)
